A medium-sized plant with the potential to become a bit larger; it would fit in a 140mm or 170mm hanging pot. The pitchers are tubby (but with a bit of a waist) and have very ridged peristomes.

A basal pitcher forms once the main vine grows to about 1.2m.

Altitudinal distribution: 1000m to 2000m above sea level (intermediate/highland).

Very closely related to N. sibuyanensis.
